Q3:How should the robot operate when there is an abnormal situation?

A3: Under normal circumstances, when the robot is working, it may get lost, stay in place or automatically shut down. At this time, please turn off the main power switch of the robot and push it to the charging pile. After successfully charging, turn on the main power switch, and the robot can resume work. In special cases, if the user still has questions about the status of the product, please stop using the product and contact us in time, we will give you professional help.

Q4:How to determine whether the robot is successfully charged?

A4: When the robot is successfully charged, the working sound of the fan at the bottom of the side of the charging pile can be heard, and the sound will decrease when the robot is fully charged. When the charging is not successful, the fan does not make a sound. Or look at the charging indicator light at the bottom of the side of the charging pile, if all red means that the robot is charging, one red and one green means that it has been fully charged, otherwise it has not been successfully charged.

Q5:How to deal with the phenomenon of low power when the robot is working and does not find the charging pile to charge in time?

A5: During the working time set by the user, the robot may have a power level <8%, at which time it will automatically find a charging pile and charge until the power level is >50% and then work again. If the robot fails to automatically charge after the end of the work or when the battery is low, the robot will automatically shut down within 1 hour, and start up at the working time set the next day, waiting for the user to deal with it.
